Stockton University: Stockton to host blockchain conference
Stockton is hosting a blockchain conference called ‘Blockchain at Stockton’ which will take place in the spring of 2019.
The event will take over the old Stockton Business School building on South Street, and the main stage will feature speakers and speakers from several companies in the blockchain space, including Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Coinbase, Digital Asset Holdings, Blockchain Capital and more.
The conference will focus on how the blockchain will transform the financial sector and the blockchain industry.
The company will also present an introduction to the blockchain technology.
The event is expected to draw hundreds of attendees.
The conference is expected in late 2019.
According to the event description, participants will learn how to manage, store and manage financial information using blockchain technologies, learn how blockchain can improve governance and the governance of companies, and learn how the financial industry can benefit from the blockchain revolution.
“Blockchain technology is changing the way money is transferred and stored.
With it, we are creating an entire new world of financial transactions and relationships,” said Dr. Dan Kresser, the co-founder of Draper Fisher.
“Blockchain will be a game changer that will help us build the next generation of financial institutions and help us create a new era of commerce and social interaction.”
The event will be free and open to the public, with a $25 donation being accepted to the conference.
This event is part of the University’s new Blockchain Initiative which was launched in February.
The initiative includes the creation of the Blockchain Technology Entrepreneurship Program, which will focus in developing blockchain and blockchain related graduates.

The blockchain technology revolution is about to hit the big leagues, and Stockton’s first blockchain conference will provide a platform for investors to learn more about the technology and its possible applications.
